Magna Charta Universitatum: Public Statement on the Turkish Universities

The Magna Charta Observatory of fundamental values and rights has international responsibility for overseeing the Magna Charta Universitatum – an international
declaration and affirmation of fundamental principles upon which the conduct and mission of universities should be based.

As the Ionian University is a signatory of the Magna Charta Universitatum (MCU) we would like to share with you a statement of concern which MCU members have today sent to the President of Turkey through their Council of Higher Education.
